If you have requested your award certificate to be sent to you by post, but have not received it, you should first of all send an email to examinations@surrey.ac.uk and ask them to confirm that your certificate has been posted to you.
If your certificate has been posted overseas you need to wait up to 8 weeks before sending an email to examinations@surrey.ac.uk to let us know it has not arrived. A new certificate can then be ordered and posted to you.
If your certificate was posted to a UK address you need to wait up to 10 working days before contacting examinations@surrey.ac.uk to let them know it has not arrived. A new certificate can then be ordered and posted to you.
If you do not inform the Assessment and Awards office of a missing certificate within 12 months of your award, there will be a £45 fee to re-issue the certificate.
