Technical issues with MySurrey Attendance

We are aware that some students experienced problems with using MySurrey Attendance this morning (Thursday 5 March). We have resolved these issues - here's what you need to do if you are still experiencing problems.

What was the problem?

Some students were unable to view their session calendar, scheduled lectures and check-in to timetabled teaching sessions.

What do I need to do?

If you are still experiencing the above, you may need to refresh your MySurrey Attendance app. You can do this by either:

  • Logging out and back in again
  • Refreshing the calendar view - just click the refresh button on the top right of the homepage or at the bottom of the check-in page.
