Please send a request via Surrey Support for your name be updated on your student record.
You will be able to see updates on your request within Surrey Support and once your name has been successfully updated you can then request a replacement campus card by completing the campus card request form (you will need to upload a photo).
We will contact you when your card is ready for collection from the Library Welcome Desk, Level 1. Your approved building accesses will transfer to the new card via a system update overnight on the day the card is produced.
