IT support out of hours services are changing

From Friday 24 January, there will be changes to how you access IT support out of normal hours, including during evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and University closures.

There will no longer be a telephone service available, but you will still have access to a range of IT self-help resources via MySurrey website as usual, and you can contact IT Services via the normal contact routes for the team to respond to during normal operational hours.

Major IT incidents for campus-wide issues will still be supported via our escalation processes.

This change is being made as result of a decline in the use of the out of hours phone service, and a rise in the use of online self-help information and guides.
