Improved Lift Access and Instructions: New Signage to Enhance User Experience

In response to valuable feedback from our community, the Operations Facilities team has made exciting improvements to the lift system, with new instructional signage installed in all lifts to provide users with clear, concise information to ensure a smoother experience.

The updated signage includes the exact location of each lift, helping users navigate more easily. In the event of a breakdown, the new instructions provide quick steps for resolution, allowing issues to be addressed promptly and minimising disruptions for all.

But that’s not all – we’re also planning to add accessibility QR codes to the signage in the near future. These QR codes will offer users alternative routes, ensuring everyone, regardless of mobility needs, can find the most convenient path.
