Applying for on campus accommodation
To be considered for accommodation you will need to apply between 6 February 2025 and 2 March 2025 for the academic year 2025/26, applying outside these dates will drastically lower your chances of being offered accommodation. If you are supported by our Disability and Neuroinclusion team you will need to submit this form to be prioritised, please ensure you still apply for accommodation by the above dates.
We expect to receive far more applications than we have rooms, we therefore prioritise student groups based on our allocation document, you can see this here. If you are in a lower priority group or not prioritised it is unlikely that we will be able to offer you accommodation.
We will be sending outcomes for applications from week commencing 17 March 2025. We will continue to send offers past this week as our availability can change, this can result in your application outcome changing. We do not recommend waiting and relying on the outcome of your application to change as this rarely happens.
